Uses 

Peppermint essential oil is a classic favorite during the colder winter seasons. It's often diffused to clear the air and create a pure, clean feeling throughout the house. The powerful, refreshing fragrance can also help rejuvenate and refocus a tired mind. 

Blends

Invigorating massage oil: 

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 
• *massage temples with 1-2 drops when feeling burnt out/stressed*

Refreshing sugar scrub:

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 

Winter wonderland diffuser blend:

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 2-3 drops of Cedarwood
• 1-2 drops of Clove Bud
• 1 cup of water
