Uses 

Lavender essential oil is most commonly used to promote relaxation and regular sleep. Its soothing, calming fragrance is perfect for everything from pillow spritzers to bed time diffuser blends. Lavender also has many cosmetic benefits. It's often used to soften and moisturize hair, clean out pores and promote youthful, clear skin as a whole. 

Blends

Relaxing bedtime massage oil:

• 3-4 drops of Lavender
• 1-2 drops of Myrrh
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 

Sleep diffuser blend:

• 4-5 drops of Lavender
• 2-3 drops of Frankincense
• 1 cup of water

Uplifting diffuser blend:

• 2-3 drops of Lavender 
• 2-3 drops of Lemon
• 1-2 drops of Peppermint
• 1 cup of water

Calming spot treatment:

• 3-4 drops of Lavender 
• 2-3 drops of Tea Tree 
• 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil 

All-natural conditioning hair mask:

• 3-4 drops of Lavender
• 2-3 drops of Cedarwood
• 2-3 drops of Rosemary
• 1-2 drops of Ylang Ylang
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
