Uses

Fennel was traditionally used in ancient Egypt to promote courage and mental strength. It's easy to see why Fennel essential oil's happy, positive fragrance was used this way. We like to diffuse it on particularly stressful or tiring afternoons. Fennel essential oil is also often used in skincare to promote smooth, balanced skin.

Blends 

Relaxing massage oil (tension):

• 3-4 drops of Fennel
• 2-3 drops of Peppermint
• 2-3 drops of Ginger
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 

Diffuser blend (courage):

• 3-4 drops of Fennel
• 2-3 drops of Clary sage
• 1-2 drops of Geranium
• 1 cup of water

Facial serum:

• 5-6 drops of Fennel 
• 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil
