Uses 

Basil essential oil has traditionally been used to soothe nerves and headaches, making it an essential during the colder winter seasons. The popular spice is also known to energize and rejuvenate, promoting feelings of well-being and focus.  

Blends

Energizing massage oil:

• 2-3 drops of Basil

• 2-3 drops of Ginger

• 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil 

Rejuvenating diffuser blend:

• 2-3 drops of Basil

• 2-3 drops of Lemon

• 2-3 drops of Peppermint

• 1 cup of Water (1 cup)

Focus diffuser blend:

• 3-4 drops of Basil 

• 2-3 drops of Rosemary

• 1 cup of Water
