Uses 

Rosemary essential oil's relaxing, grounding aroma is perfect for when you need to focus. Its spiced, herbal top notes make Rosemary our favorite work buddy. The invigorating oil also makes a great addition to massage oils and hair masks. 

Blends

Focus diffuser blend: 

• 3-4 drops of Rosemary
• 2-3 drops of Lemon
• 1 cup ofwater

Muscle rub massage oil:

• 3-4 drops of Rosemary
• 2-3 drops of Peppermint 
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 

Hair conditioning mask:

• 3-4 drops of Rosemary
• 2-3 drops of Lavender
• 1-2 drops of Clary Sage
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
