Blends

Invigorating massage oil: 

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil 
• *massage temples with 1-2 drops when feeling burnt out/stressed*

Refreshing sugar scrub:

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil 

Sunburn aftercare:

• 2-3 drops of Peppermint
• 1-2 drops of Lavender
• 1 cup of Aloe Vera gel

Winter wonderland diffuser blend:

• 3-4 drops of Peppermint
• 2-3 drops of Cedarwood
• 1-2 drops of Clove Bud
• 1 cup of water
